  • During drops, pre-orders, or high-volume releases, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days.
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High-volume drop periods

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package is in their possession.

🌍 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable).

📍 Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Hustler Mentality is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Hustler Mentality is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

🚨 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

  • All pre-orders and limited releases are final sale.
  • Estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout and may shift due to production timelines.
  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
